DH Manager is a private workflow automation system operated for internal work purposes.
Google user data
DH Manager may request access to Google Drive through Google OAuth. This access is used only to upload, access and manage files required for the DH Manager workflow.
Use of information
Google Drive data is used solely to provide the requested file storage and delivery functionality. DH Manager does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and operational configuration are stored on the DH Manager server and are not intentionally exposed publicly. Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to these credentials.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Files are retained only as required for the DH Manager workflow and its operational archive. Google account access can be revoked at any time through the Google Account permissions page.
